in my country, Indonesia there is a biggest forum. its made on VB.
in that forum, its has a ID card for their member..

But it is a bar not ID card. Cemen modified it and said he only needed help on the avatar display

He just needed to use an ImageFromPNG instead of ImageString.......
And this ID card is used for what? It has the same data that's on posbit and in profiles.

Sounds to me like you just want to copy what another forum does in an attempt to copy it's popularity. That's not how you succeed.
