Look when i posted that. At the time, he was AWAL.
I need only user bridge... Undecided
but wordbb not syncro user, zingiri do it!
Just to say that I have tried Zingiri (now rebranded as ccForum) http://www.choppedcode.com/ and the idea behind that plugin is simply to bridge the userbases between WordPress and MyBB only: You can either install MyBB 1.6 through this WordPress plugin or link it with an existing MyBB database, and you can choose to use either MyBB or WordPress as your primary userbase.

However, I did find I couldn't seem to link to an existing forum because I couldn't login to the MyBB backend/front-end. It worked just fine however out of the box when I installed it as new.

There are a few teething issues - e.g. with popups (i.e. Rep + Open Buddy List etc. opening a strange url so there is a 404 error) and I am not sure what would happen if one uses the MyBB userbase: the author recommends using the WordPress userbase (it is after all a WordPress plugin) and this is what I have done, so what happens when users click on 'Register' is that they are redirected to the WordPress registration form, and each time they register, the user is also added to the MyBB database as well.

The admins appear to be open to new ideas and bug reports - I am not sure, for instance, if all plugins will install just fine - but have posted on the support forum (http://www.choppedcode.com/community) that I will try this on a development site and post the results.

I should add that you can't install standard MyBB themes at the moment, as you'll have to modify the default zing'ified theme, but this is just like normal MyBB theme editing.

In summary: if userbase-bridging is all you need, I think Chopped Forum (Zingiri) can be an option but you'll just have to bear in mind that this plugin is at v1.1.x at present so there will still be some issues and I have only tested it with a few scenarios.

Hope this is helpful.

p/s: Don't forget to backup your database if you're thinking of installing this.
