There is nothing I can do about the avatar not showing on the user porfile if they don't have one, that will need plugins etc. At the moment the best I can do is have an image for if they don't have one; just in the top space.

Yeah I've looked at that. But I have to think of this as a releasing point of view as well; doing plugins / database checks wont work if I'm just releasing the theme.

I personally hate when the navigations are above the logo (actually I hate when anything is above the logo). I just thought I would say this
