How can I force users to at least make 5 posts before downloading an attachment.

ACP > Configuration > Search for 'Attach' > Minimum Posts for Attachments; Set to 5.
Ensure the user group has permission to download attachments too.

There is no option for Minimum Posts for Attachments;

There is no such option I think in the AdminCP

You'd need to look for a plugin or mod because by default I dont think you can do this.

Is there any plugin available.

I tried roughly searching through the mods list, it doesnt seem to show any, but yeah try searching.

That's the only one I know of. You need to have a subscription to MyBB Central in order to download plugins from there.

I have a subscription in MYbb Central.can you give me download link of that plugin.
