my newest forum is averaging about 400-600 posts per day, with over 15K posts in just over a month.
Yeah Damn Fine Shave is a nice forum. If you ever want to sell you just PM me.
No idea that a forum about shaving would be so popular, eheh.
Anything can be made popular.
Just depends on owner on how to do it.
I know, but still...

It's amazing what he have done with such niche. Congrats, Shemo. I can see you in Big Board Owners group very soon.
I can see shaving as a big board easily considering there is already one with 4 million posts.

Forums work when there are niche's in which ordinary people need help from experts and the internet can facilitate that.

At some point every single man on the planet has a question about shaving. It could be about products, techniques, or even some nostalgia.

It would be interesting to see the average age of your user bases on your forums. Eg HF vs SF Smile

Imo a shaving section could do well on SF, if you could manage to actively add content by yourself for a while. Actively adding content in it could attract you an older audience from search engines. The Cars support section also aims at a bit older audience, so it could give older members a reason plus to stay.
