000webhost because I can't buy a host right now,I have a VPS but I don't know how to use it.It's for my IRC server.
I can host your site if you want. 000webhost is probably the worst host ever.
You have a VPS but don't know how to use it.
I suggest learning.
000webhost is a "scam"
they offer you nice host at an start
then when you are ready and get nice activity they start to crash your sql and turn you off

I have to agree with Glas. XtreemHost seems to be the best free host. (Other than P2H).
