well, is that many, but not asking that are compatible with MyBB 1.6.x, if you have a similar, but they are compatible with MyBB 1.6.x
Well, if you need permission to make it compatible, I got them, in addition, many users will serve them Wink
I'm guessing almost every plugin will be converted once 1.6 is considered stable.
P.S. The ones at MyBBoard.de are the same ones as at Mods.MyBBoard.net I think.
thankz for u comment...

any more... i need help!!
How are we supposed to know if authors are going to update their plugins...??
haha ... yeah, that's really why I'm asking for help from someone Offer to update the plugins ... if the author does not want to upgrade ... you may be notified via PM
I'm sure that the vast majority of modifications will be converted to the latest version, as long as their authors are still around. For the mods whose authors have left, I'm sure there are several members of the community who will be more than happy to convert them over for the benefit of everyone.

However, you will probably find that the majority of authors will convert their mods when myBB 1.6 is released, and everything is final, as noone wants to end up updating their mod several times.
I'm fairly certain that I'll upgrade all of mine for 1.6x but only after it's out of beta.
It's up to the author if they update their plugins but if the author isn't active any more and the plugin is licences under GPL then your welcome to update it for them. A majority of the plugins won't require any changes to be compatible though.
Hm, I won't be happy if someone modifies (make it compatible to 1.6) a plugin made by me and republish it under the same name...

In this case the editor should declare it as a fork and publish it under an other name.

I agree entirely. For authors who have published their modification under the GPL, that is the best way. However, I don't think it's fair for people to just start converting peoples mods before the original author gets the chance to.
