It says 3%. I could've sworn it was 30 percent...

The warning/infraction could of expired. Mine was 50%, it's now like 5%.

I only had one at the time.

Warnings were changed to be out of 10 instead of 100 so you've all got a bit of a break on your warnings

Oh, so that means 5% is 5/10? Or is that 0.5/10?

It was a 5 point warning, so when it was 10 points = 100% that would have been 50% but now it's 5%.

That math doesn't make sense to me.

Originally a 5 point warning would be out 10. Now it is out of 100. So the equivalent of a point warning now is 50.
