I posted a reply on your thread. If we could keep discussion of your two problems on that thread, then it would be great, so that we can get the problems on this thread cleared up first.

I've implemented an adaptation of the duplicate post checker for the private messages, so this should prevent the PM sender from sending the PMs twice in a row.
