I have two installations of v1.4 latest.
The first in a main domain which works fine.
The second on a subdomain (e.g. forum.mysite.com) which is a different domain and different host to the first one.
On the subdomain, no images show up at all, icons, uploaded photo etc. As far as I can see all the paths and chmods are correct.
Any one have any ideas or suggestions please?
Make sure the correct path is set for your image directories and URL settings.
If needed, enter the full address for your image directories in your style settings. (Ex:
http://forums.mysite.com/images)
Also make sure your board URL is set correctly.

Entering the full path worked!
Having checked again, I see that all icons are showing fine, but these problems still remain
1. chmod warning for uploads directory i the admin cp - the chmod is correct at 777 but the warning remains and no upload is possible
2. Photos linked rather than uploaded don't show up either.
I have no idea how to fix this

If I put in a link like this:
http://www.myothersite.com/images/image.jpg (with the image wrapper)
This shows on the forum:
[image: image.jpg]
In "myothersite" there is no block on linking images.
Perhaps there's some sortof hotlink block? Do other scripts work fine with uploaded images?
As I said in my message, there is no block to images. The other site is also mine and I have specifically allowed images to be linked/shown either way. Other scripts are working 100%.
Im having a problem with images also.
