Just checked phpBB site and they don't have a topic or announcement asking for members to vote. And Yazd site isn't even up. So, the votes would be most probably by automated bots.
Hope forum-software.org guys will find it out.

Well, since those votes aren't deleted and the Forum Software team seems to be sleeping right now, I guess we should vote for Yazd, that software doesn't exist anymore and the official website is closed since May 2010 (according to Internet Archive)
At least we show to the world that the votes aren't accurate at all...
I'm afraid the Forum Software team announces phpBB as the best software :s I'd kill a cow..
