After upgrading to new version still getting error when writing thread and press submit button

May be conflic with htaccess, try remove htaccess to test

If htaccess was removed and site can run normal, contact your server admin for configure server

i tried to do that but still internal server error

as per host they have no issue at server

i have delete .htaccess file and disable search engine friendly URLs? from acp but still getting error

Another problem found when trying to use quick reply it is also not working.

it just giving process message nothing happen later..

how to fix this

just reload the page and try again, may be it will get a professional fix soon

Try reuploading your jscripts. Have you tried this in other browsers too?

Contact your host about that second error.
Can we have a URL and test account?
