Is it just me or does the plugin search suck? I've never been able to get a result with any search query.

Searching for 'thanks' doesn't return the thanks plugin.

Anyone else not getting results for queries which should return results?

No it's not. There's a thanks plugin for 1.6:

You can browse to it through the active mods section, Mods & Plugins>Show Thread>Thanks Plugin.

Yes it sucks. I was never able to find a plugin I wanted using the search either - I have to do it manually.

Plus, a link to our own submissions in our account panel would be nice. Maybe near the Change Log and Modify Links there should be something like View.

I've also noticed this every time I searched for a plugin. Never works right.

I just made a search and received 5 results.

So what? I can do a search to retrieve 20 results. It doesn't mean they're accurate though

Which setting does mybb.com use (Look at attachment) ?

Im assuming they use the standard option , maybe the full text option might work better.

I don't think the mods site uses MyBB to search the database.
