Every time there is a YouTube video posted on my forum this stuff appears on top and on the bottom?

WTF is this?
For some reason it's printing the comments in the code.

i think he's sayin it renders the embed code, instead of simply embedding it. As in, it shows the code.
i havent used the video embedding built into mybb to really comment

The video works but the code I don't like it that it shows up is there anyway to make it stop?

I assume you're using a 1.6 compatible theme and ran the upgrade script properly, yes??
Not having any issues as youtube for example embeds properly however I can only embed one youtube in a post at a time. I have wondered if there will be a way to embed multiple videos in a single message post?
@Matt I upgraded everything correctly and no I made a new theme so it is for 1.6.
@Slick There is a setting in Admin CP to change that.

Settings -> Server and Optimization Options -> Output template start/end comments?
Set to no.
That should be a quick way to fix this.
