Ordered this yesterday from Dell: http://www1.euro.dell.com/uk/en/home/Lap...dhs1&s=dhs

It's the Dell Studio XPS 16 - i7 Option (£999).

Can't wait to have it in my hands! MUWAHAHAHAH!

Any thoughts?
Nice Toungue
Thanks Smile

Was thinking of going to PC World, like I always have before, but i've had enough with their stupid staff and support.
I don't think you can play games on this. Or at least you'd have to set the game at medium or low
I'm not really bothered as I don't really game. However it can handle most games, from what i've read from the reviews.
Well, i know it is an i7, but is still clocked down too much(to prevent a lot of heat) and the GPU is a 56XX so i am just warning Wink

i7s automatically increase their speed when needed that's why they are so amazing Big Grin.

Graphics are a piece of junk. Not bad though if you're not planning on gaming on high settings.

EDIT: just realized dikidera pointed that out.
Relatively mediocre for the price, really.
Dell has terrible support i've found. I once spent an hour explaining how overheating happens. To the support staff. The response i got was "well i really don't get it, but its probally covered, let me ask"

I would've gone for Asus. Those things can be beastly.
