If you mean to a new domain, setup the domain so it points to your file root, then just change the Board URL and Cookie Domain and it'll work.
I'm sorry for being vague, but I just bought a TLD and I would like to transfer my forum onto it.

Doing what Matt said wouldn't cause you to lose the board permanently.

I didn't do it on my current forum... I did it on an old clan forum, I did what MattR said but I guess I goofed instructions somehow.
Can I have some more detailed instructions? Don't I have to transfer MYSQL for users 'n posts? I remember in phpBB I had to and it was easy process.

If you've purchased a new domain, then just contact your host and ask them to update the primary domain on your account to your new tld.
