I'm gonna give some negative feeds, so forgive me for that on prior.
But the points are for the betterment of the theme only ...

1. Header color doesn't match with the rest of the theme. In fact you should maintain the header darkness to the entire theme.
2. Logo is appearing a bit oversized.
3. Unnecessary huge fontsize for subforums names.
4. tborder padding and outline is killing the decency.
5. Texts looking congested, need more padding in trow-s.
6. Vertical align middle is a good idea for the counters and status icons.
7. More padding in breadcrumb may appear the same integrated.
8. Try to implement a quick search box, a necessary part IMO.
9. Category description can be restyled to preserve vertical thead expansion.
10. I was eager to see the footer - which is not included.

I will still have to darken the header a little bit and blend it with the container, Navigation looks fine to me, Logo Size will depend on the users I guess (as its not a custom theme). I agree with unnecessary huge fontsize for subforums names, But I think padding is normal, atleast for me. Again, vertical align middle parts, category descriptions etc were left as it is intentianally.

Well as you can see the theme is not ready yet. There are lots of work that need to be done. However I want to thank you for your inputs, they were definitely helpful.
