My users can't upload any avatars!
The forum always says that their avatar size is too big. (I set it to unlimited! :s)
It seems like I'm getting a cross, now. :/
There are two settings regarding avatar size:
Maximum Avatar Dimensions
Max Uploaded Avatar Size
Can you ensure that both are set correctly?
Maximum Avatar Dimensions = 150x150
Max Uploaded Avatar Size = 30
And how big is the file your user trying to upload?
16KB. That works, but when I view my profile, I'm seeing a cross.
Please ensure that the folder uploads/avatars/ is writable (CHMOD 777). Does it contain the uploaded avatars?
Yes.
And when you go to the URL of an avatar, you see the adres on the page. (Like you see it in the adress bar).
Can you provide me with a link to the profile of a user who has an uploaded avatar which isn't working? I had a quick look around but most were hosted off site.
