Hi is there a way i can have an option for ip ban on the mod cp rather than doing it through the admin cp?

You'd have to get a mod. Though its dangerous if you have moderators.
Yea i think that too. Its to dangerous cause you can't believe people so easy.
As said above, this would require a plugin. I'm not completely sure, but I seem to recall seeing a plugin that can give extra permissions to moderators, but I can't find it now.
So what if a mod has a bad day and decides to put this in??

They've just banned everybody in the world visiting your forum.
Same as what Matt Said, this cannot be brought up as a plugin or any kind of source.
