I'm only 38, but when a lot here start posting they are 14, 16, 20, I feel old....

When I was growing up, I had to get up off the couch to change the channel and tweak the bunny ears and UHF loop. I bet most here don't even know VHF and UHF are....

I'm sorry pavemen but I honestly don't know what VHF or UHF are...

I do know what VHS is though (19).

Turning 22 in a few weeks.

I was going to guess 65, lol.

all you kids that grew up with 125 or more channels on the TV have it good. When I was little we has a 14" semi-color TV with 12 VHF channels and 11 UHF channels. Only 10 of the 23 channels had any content. Had antenna and actual knobs to change the channel. When we upgraded our TV when I was like 8 or 9, its was a 24" pedestal TV with CABLE TV and a remote that actually clicked and had no display. We had 35 channels then!

I used to buy UNLEADED gas!

These little stories are funny. Growing up I had my folks and grandparents telling me stories of walking up hill both ways, riding a tractor plowing fields before and after school, listening to the radio shows, etc. So I needed to start my stories since my oldest is nearly 10 now..

Im 14!!!
