No I don't mean to sign up, i mean to apply for the position.
At least 13 I'd expect, because that's the age to register. I assume it's more maturity though. I expect you could be a fresh 12 year old (assuming that COPPA wasn't in action) and if you were mature then I'm sure barley anyone would notice.
No problem, i am 15 anyways so i don't think maturity, for me, is an issue. That's just my opinion.
I have hopefully fixed the sign up issue. I have disabled one of our plugins that may be causing this. So please try again.
