Soak it in a tub of lukewarm water for about 30 minutes, then place it out to dry for an hour or so. Don't apply any soap or anything, you might fry the electronics. Once it's dried out, you'll have to put it in the freezer overnight to snap the geolocation sensor loose. As soon as you wake up, take it out of the freezer and give it a good whack. Should solve your problems as long as you don't take it in for servicing.
