Deactivate plugins one by one and test the forum after each deactivate to find which plugin is causing the slow down.
You could also look at the debug stats to see which query or part of the script is taking long to process.

I tried ,I deactived all plugins , it doesn't work

If you have deactivated all your plugins and it is still slow that means your initial post saying that it slowed down upon installing a few plugins is wrong.
Post your debug stats here so we can have a look at them.

Login into ACP >> click on Configuration >> find where it marks Server and Optimization Options click on it >> Find where it marks Use GZip Page Compression? Click yes and change the number too 3
