I'm trying to transfer my domain to DreamHost when I sign up however I have the domain hosted on HostRail.com, on there control panel (not cpanel) theres literally NO domain management tools, I've spent hours trying to figure this out and I've accomplished nothing. Heres the whois results if that matters:

Domain Name: DYNAXEL.COM
Registrar: NETEARTH ONE, INC. DBA NETEARTH
Whois Server: whois.advancedregistrar.com
Referral URL: http://www.netearthone.com
Name Server: NS1.THEFORUMFORGE.COM
Name Server: NS2.THEFORUMFORGE.COM
Status: clientTransferProhibited
Updated Date: 25-mar-2010
Creation Date: 25-mar-2010
Expiration Date: 25-mar-2011

I don't get it, If I OWN the domain, why can't I access it?

If anyone has any insight on this please reply, thanks.
Looks like you need to log in to your http://www.netearthone.com/ account.

I don't even have one, so I'm guessing I should just create one with the email my domain was registered with?

You have one, if that's the site shown in the whois.
Contact the support team of wherever you bought it.
Same problem for me.
I have talkcomputers.net registered at hostclear.com
Don't know what I was thinking moving it from Moniker.
Usually you have to submit a support ticket and ask them to change the nameservers or do anything for that matter.
Ugh I can see this is going to turn into one hellish nightmare.

A ticket to change nameservers? That's BS.
I had to unlock my first domain through the host, wasn't a big deal. I personally would recommend just moving the domain away from the host. Ask them to unlock it so you can transfer it then get it over to a real registrar.

I don't know where the tools are too do that! I've searched everywhere both on the cpanel and on there management tools, its getting rediculous, I've sent them 3 support tickets this morning with no reply.
