It's unlikely a plugin would do this, it'd be a rather odd feature, but you can try it... in ./inc/init.php, after define("TIME_NOW", time()); add define("NO_PLUGINS", 1); and see if it still happens. I'd say it was more likely this was something in one of your files though. I'm sure someone's had this problem before actually but I can't find the thread.
Its working sir!Now all i have to do is find the plugin that causes the problem..But i have several plugins installed..
