i have a problem with my forum (mybb) ..
my webhost said that iam using too much Disk /IO Rate..
they told me that this problem is most likely from my databse cause it is too active..
iam using unmanaged VPS
any idea to reduce the load of my forum ?

ProStats (1.7.5)
Undo Delete (1.2)
Prostats is too heavy plugin, but I'm not sure why it is causing too much queries.
