2 days ago I messed up my $40 Sony ear buds, tried to fix them but just made it worse So I need some suggestions for a new pair. I don't want skull candy because there worse then Sony and they need to be some what noise canceling and isolating.

Budget = $50 CAD

Any suggestions (preferably somewhere online)?

IDK what $40 equates to in GBP, but I've always been happy with my Senheiser CX300s. They're old, but definitely very good value for money in my money. The only downside to them is they don't come with a travel case/pouch.

I got to admit, senhieser makes great headphones. I wish their mics sucked less.

Also, at my work I listen to my Ipod and I'm constantly moving around (landscaping) along with snowboarding. So, do they stay in your ear well?

Ugly but they never ever fall out.

Other than the shorter than normal cord, I love my Skull candy FMJ's, but those are outside your budget. With the foam pieces instead of the silicon, there is almost no outside noise. Good base, good sound overall.
