You shouldn't count the plugins that aren't being used. And the ones that just "make it look good" could be done via template editing.
Your forum looks bad.
You have too many useless, unnecessary, resource intensive, plugins.
PS your website isn't slowing down yet, because your site is not that traffic heavy.
Not to mention your database is very small ( 42 members registered, 446 posts).
As If your forum grows, you'll be forced to remove your unnecessary plugins, which you'll find to be more then 1/2.
