Kieran.
Have you uploaded all the images? What version is the theme for?
Make sure:
1. .cache/themes is CHMOD to 777.
2. Make sure that your Board URL is correct in Configuration>General Configuration Settings.
I gave up on the orginal forum and started again from scratch.
Now the new problem i have is
I cant stay logged in.
Even the admin control panel soon as i move around in it, it asks me to log back in
Any ideas?
I guess MyBB 1.62 definately some bugs in this, even I and another guy too got the problem, this problem didn't came when I upgraded my first forum from 1.61 to 1.62 but when I installed forums on my another domain from fresh 1.62 directly.
Things I have done:
1. CHMOD inc/settings.php and config.php to 666.
2. To login ACP,I can only do one thing, that is set cookie path to
www.myforums.com (default:
/)
3. But doing, that logs out members as soon as they log.
4. Also I made sure, that I change it from ACP too afterwards but no luck.
So atm,its all messed up,any ideas?

If you had taken the time to read this thread:

It explains everything from what your cookies should be to how to set them when you can't stay logged in.

You first edit inc/settings.php file with the correct settings then immediately login to admincp and make the same changes there too.
