A small vps is an option but for what you're looking for doesn't sound worth the hassle honestly.

Business transit VPS, $20/month is what I pay. There support is amazing and they do almost all of their dealings over msn/phone.

My hotmail was hacked and they found my VPS root pass, wrecked everything. Business transit spend an hour and 40 minutes on the phone fixing everything.

$20/month gets you like 384mb RAM and some core (can't remember)... But anyway... After a while if you talk to Theo he gives you great deals. I'm on 1gb ram, 1GHz processor and 500gb bandwidth for $20 with direct admin

Yea not one bad review. Here's more reasons why they're my favourite.

- PHP, MySQL, cPanel ect.. are always up to date.
- Support is like no other. They stayed in live chat with me for 2 hours helping me with things that isn't even their job.
- They don't instantly switch your service off if you use too much resources. They tell you if you are, and offer alternatives to fix it.
- I forgot to pay my bill for 2 weeks, they were fine with it and just reminded me.
