i cant see the refferal link on my mybb board (forum) is there a lug in to ut so that my members can spread their refferal link to other forum? then about my userbar how can i browse this? it says in the box that use with {lang} that. how to browse? please help

i have my own forrum sir. but i cant see my refferal link even i go to my user cp! can anyone help me how to put that to every user of mine?
Referral link is visible inside your UserCP, but you may use the following code to refer a user yourself,
http://yourdomain.com/member.php?action=register&uid=X
Replace X with your UserID.
