Hey i meant the notification dialogue bit which is in red,not the entire theme....lol,good work anywayz

Where is the panel?

The panel isn't a panel as such - it'll be either a drop-down or modal box which appears upon clicking an arrow in the tab with the notification count/username. I still need to design that aspect though

When you come out?

Soon, hopefully It'll likely be after my exams - or at least after I've finished making a custom theme for somebody.
