LOL all I have to say FeeferGross is PWNT!! sorry but he has a legitimate claim that you did release it to the public. You provided a link for downloading the theme. Offered help if anyone needed help customizing. never made any mention that i can see about giving the creator credit for his work.
the download and demo of the theme has since been removed so there is no way for you or I to prove that it made any mention of that as well and even if you put them back up it could be changed to reflect my statement so it too would be invalid.
