Here's a suggestion: also add a time filter so you can limit the oldest threads the users would get ( eg fetch threads up to one year old, not more)

Thanks already using it and seems to be running great, will report about the extra load it might have on my forum (it's rather large).
Another suggestion: Sort the related threads in the list by newest first (maybe based on the last post or the first)

Thanks for updating this to v1.4., i'll give a try now.
The old version i use which is v1.2 is working fine but only to ADMIN but regular members they cannot, a few days ago its working fine but as of today. Not working anymore. but anyway, let me test this v1.4

Great plugin, but seems not working with thread titles other than containing English or numeric strings. We have a forum where thread titles may contain both English and Russian words, and with purely Russian titles plugin does not find them.
