MyBB Internal Error
MyBB has experienced an internal error and cannot continue.
Error Type:
MyBB Error (44)
Error Message:
MyBB was unable to load the SQL extension. Please contact the MyBB Group for support. MyBB Website
It has only just happened forum has been working all day. There was a funny post made with 1 million views and 1 million posts i posted on here and you told me to repair the databases tables which i did and that got rid of the post. Now 4 - 5 hours later the site has gone down
I have checked my other sites on the vps and there all up ( databases wise ) and databases is still there

right i have done what it says to do

Information: This occurs when the database type is incorrect in ./inc/config.php. To fix this, open ./inc/config.php and check the entry for $config['database']['type']. A common issue is having 'mysql' instead of 'mysqli', or having 'mysqli' instead of 'mysql'. If you do not know what needs to be here, contact your host provider.
Mine is
$config['database']['type'] = 'mysqli';

Still not fixed
Well then do what it says and try changing it to "mysql".

I have notice the " right i have done what it says to do " in the other post
ran another phpmyadmin repair but still there...
So you have tried changing it to:
$config['database']['type'] = 'mysql';

it was fine be for it just all of a sudden went down with the error message
Then try changing it back. Your host seams to change the PHP configuration on the server.

Have done that to but still the same error.
My ftp has gone down to

I donno if this is to do with mybb ? or if mybb is to do with that ?
No, mybb won't cause downtime in your server, may be a host issue?
