You should try contacting a developer or member of the support staff about this as not many people have boards that large. It could also be worth joining the large board group to get help from other experienced users with boards that size.

I cant become a 'big board owner' without having the forum live can i?

I am still looking for a solution, I just need to rebuild the stats, postcount etc; then I can get this project moving.
