I need to autoresize pictures when user posting, if a registred user want to upload a pictures with 5mb size, what can I do for these pictures autoresize ...350kb max.

do not allow huge sizes for attachments
check at admin panel --> configuration --> attachment types -->
file extension & maximum size (Edit if required)

If I do that, someoane user is not be very happy....

Use the plugin posted above, it works great!

Yeah! And i hope its what he wish to achieve.

When I upload resizer_class.php, in ACP all plugin disappear.....I use php 5 folder, and htacces.

Remove those files from the previous plugin and try this one instead:

This mods resize pictures when a user upload one?

^ that just fits the big pictures into the page..
