OK so i think i am finally going to settle on the Peace blue theme by Audentino, I've uploaded everything fine and the theme loads except for the background, magnifying glass for search the logo and the register block in the banner, any ideas?

Where did you download this theme from? I couldn't find it anywhere.
I just tried it locally and the theme works perfectly fine, so you did not upload the images correctly. Re-upload them.
hmmm, not sure how that would happen if they are all in the same directory when they are uploaded, ok ill try again, actually i already had a default folder called images so i uploaded them to images/images since i didnt want to overwrite the original forlder, or am i supposed to?
You are supposed to overwrite it, yes.
wow, its no wonder now why none of my themes ever worked..., i think i will be looking at contracting you for some side work...
