If you want to be admin just for experience, download
WAMP server on your Pc, and then install MyBB then you can learn AdminCp tools.
If you want a real forum knowledge choose a free host and tell your friends to join. Ban them, unban them do whatever you want.
Because if anyone makes you admin and you delete something or prune users just for testing people will be mad at you.
