Is it possible to delete usergroups?

When I go to my CP and click Notepad it takes me to a blank page, and I am on 1.6, latest version. A bug maybe ?

Each time I go to a forum of mine, it says

All 2 threads on this page are selected. Select all 2 threads in this forum.
All 2 threads in this forum are selected. Clear Selection.

It is my own theme, which has been converted from 1.4 to 1.6.
How do I remove that text?

Hello, I would like to make a login to MyBB account in one of the games, called sa-mp. There is a pawn programming language. Can I login to MyBB using only one big query? If i can't, so i can change the encoding to clean md5?

How do i change the Default Registration group that users get put into when they sign up

i tried to create a new view on users and groups/browse users/views/manage views/create new view.

the trouble is, when you get to the 'fields to show' there seems to be no way to select which fields you wish to display.    

so i selected the standard/default view, and again, there was no way to select/deselect the fields.
   

any suggestions?
