What is the point if google(bots) cant crawl threads in "guests cant view threads" ????

Is there any way out like creating a new usergroup or something like that!!!

Yes, you can. Create a new usergroup "Bots" or something. Give it the right permissions and then assign the bots to the usergroup in AdminCP > Configuration > Spiders/Bots > (edit every bot you want in the new usergroup).
Although, when a bot has access to a forum where a guest has no access to, the guest will be able to access it via the Google cache.
