Using MyCode to parse HTML?

Is this possible? If I want <br /> to actually mean <br /> without letting all HTML codes work? I'm fairly sure I got the right regex but, it just won't work.

I assume that you have resolved it by using SQL query .. if not, let us know; someone will respond ..

I thought that someone is asking a MyCode to parse html ;
AND I'd have suggested a couple of plugins instead (1 , 2)
