[For 1.6] ModNotice Plus 1.5.5
You can disable sending of PM in admin configuration.
One problem if a moderator moderates the first post thread can not change, choose a prefix - if forum has prefixes
Can you add this to plugin ?
but the way good job
I upload version 1.5.4 - see the first post.

Hey, how can I edit the title of the mod notice, i.e. it says "<username> edited 17:11 today" bla bla bla. Can I change that to "Admin notice from <username>"?
See here, step 4.

You have to set your own css style.
.modnotice {
    background: #ADCBE7;
    padding: 8px;
    margin: auto auto;
    border: 1px solid #0F5C8E;
    color: #000000;
    font-size: 12px;

On your global.css on styles our style...
The only infinite thing is the universe and human stupidity, but the universe is not for sure

Plugins 1.6.x

Plugins 1.8.x

Where Is step 4?

Wait, don't worry, how do I edit the title. IE

<name> edited Today 07:07 PM this post because:

$l['postbit_post_moderator_message'] = "<strong>%s edited %s %s this post because:</strong>";
