Ncisforum.net is my forum.

Thread ratings as in images or the actual ratings?
This plugin does nothing to alter your database. It just downloads the new files and gives the option to run the upgrade script.

Strange, have you looked in the Settings --> Forum Display Options --> Allow thread ratings?
And in terms of smilies what does File Verification say?

If its returning a load of changed files then try using the reinstall function. Goto Tools & Maintenance --> MyBBatically -> Upgrade/Reinstall. Then make sure the first and second checkboxes are left unchecked. Then check the last one and click Reinstall. This should replace the buggy files with fresh ones.

I got a problem unzipping when I press upgrade

Fatal error: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in /home/sitepath/inc/plugins/mybbatically.php on line 169

Ah that'll be because your host doesn't have the Zip PHP extension installed/enabled. I'm afraid you'll need to contact your host if you want that to work.
This is because the MyBB download is a zip file and PHP needs to be able to unzip it Smile
