MentionMe 1.5.1 is released.
Changes:
- Adding a mention to existing posts now create alerts (quick edit or full edit)
- If an alert has been previously created for that post, the alert is not created
- Fixed a bug where alerts weren't created because of punctuation. Updated mention routines to fix that.
- Fixed bug in which mentions were still parsed inside of [code] tags
Quite a few good updates, I would recommend updating.
A full reinstall isn't required, just overwrite the existing files
I have pushed a minor update to the mods site and it is currently awaiting validation.

I will update to the last version, hope that fix a bug that i have.
Sometimes when an user tag to another, when you try to see that thread, or the user post, appear this fatal error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /*****/*****/foroact.com/inc/plugins/mention.php on line 81

Nope, this update don't fix this bug 
I see the post (after deactivating the plugin) and an user post a lot of usernames (without @) and after activating it. The post it's innaccesible and appear the error that I mentioned.

And can you tell me if you have advanced matching turned on? (it isn't recommended for large forums).
Give me some more info and I will try to straighten it out.

That's a lot of usernames. But No one is mentioned. Even in the thread, there's no mentions.

I just realized that there are some usernames with @'s and maybe that it's a problem. :3

Do you have advanced matching enabled?

Okay I was not able to reproduce the error you were having, but I did find some inconsistencies in my logic. Perhaps this update will solve your problem, but I can only be certain that this code is better than it was.
I had to OCR the text you posted in the screen shot so there is a possibility something got OCR'd wrong. If this update doesn't solve your issues then post the text here so that I can copy and paste it exactly and test with that text.
