update your Board URL and Cookie settings in inc/setting.php, my site appear with it theme.
Howeverm I encounter a very wierd issue, when i make changes in board setting, my site is broken and i realise inc/settings.php was automatically change to my old site
guys, i still couldnt successfully backup a mybb site

inc/settings.php has the option to update your Board URL and Cookie settings, if you changed your domain. And,you have to re-upload your theme and images.
