You could copyright the theme and takedown any forum with the same theme (ripped (IF THEME IS UNIQUE AND ONLY FOR YOU, CHECK LICENSE)).

You can't hide it. The browser needs it in order to display the styles correctly. If you remove it, you won't have a theme...
