You can't, css files have to be included if you want to display your forum with some styling (without looking like this http://i.imgur.com/zviMUm2.png ).

That's not possible, html and css have to be passed to browser in order to be rendered and displayed correctly.

There is no bulletproof method for protecting page source or css file(s).

Thats so difficult because browser read thats global.css then show how page looks thats why theme ripped easily

MyBB theme also consists of templates code.
if the themes have custom code in the templates then it is not easy to get such code through ripping.

You could copyright the theme and takedown any forum with the same theme (ripped (IF THEME IS UNIQUE AND ONLY FOR YOU, CHECK LICENSE)).

You can't hide it. The browser needs it in order to display the styles correctly. If you remove it, you won't have a theme...
