I can't find how to make the title of one thread or category or forum different color than others.

Anyone can help me with solution or plugin please?

you can try using this plugin --> subject color

Are you looking to make the entire thread colored? You can make colored thread prefixes without needing a plugin but it won't work on the entire thread.

am trying for exable to make 1 private category that normal members can't see a different color from others, so when a new post in that category posted to see it better in the today post.

Ok thank you, I manage to find plugin how is working that make thread subject diferrent color.
But you can see it only when you are in that category.
In the todays post is all default blue, any solution for that?
