How do i change members stylesheet look?Please check images and you will understand.I want to tranform the 1st pic style like the second one.

UCP>>Edit Options>> and under "Thread View Options" check Display posts in classic mode this only will work for that particular user, however you will see if it's working or not!

You have to do it in your Admin panel as I've said in your Admin panel go to Configuration>>Show Thread Options>> inside Find "Post Layout" and check "Display posts using the classic layout"
